1) If the package received as unsealed or damaged then nativespecial.com will provide 100% refund or we will resend the new package as per customers choice
2) If any of the pack inside the box was unsealed then we will process 100% refund for the unsealed pack
3) If any of the product is not in good condition then we will process 100% refund
Send us a mail with in a day requesting for the refund explaining the exact reason. If needed we will request for a photo with in 24 hours and the refund will be processed immediately once the necessary details are provided. We will make sure your refund process in hassle free.
Any of the order placed with NativeSpecial.com will be subject to cancelation before shipping. Any cancelation request should reach us before the shipping of the products. This will not apply to custom packaed products that are packed specially for a customer. In such cases cancellation will not be entertained. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. Any refund request will get processed with in a day of accepting the cancelation policy.
