Maa Inji might not be a widely used name in our household. Maa Inji looks like regular Inji (Ginger) but gives the taste of Mango. Maa Inji is Widely used in Siddha and Ayurvedic treatments for centuries. Mango ginger consists of carbohydrates, curcuminoids, volatile essential oils, phenolic acids as well as terpenoids like diflurocumenonol, amadaldehyde, and amadannulen. It also has β-mycrene and α-asarone as well. This Maa Inji is made with original Maa Inji along with quality Nallennai. Making it as Oorugai (Pickle) is the best way to intake Maa Inji.
