Ariselu or Arisa is an Indian sweet from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Odisha. It is also called Kajjaaya in Kannada, Anarsa in Marathi and Adhirasam in Tamil Nadu. Ariselu is a traditional dish and it is prepared during festivities like Sankranti, Dusshera, Deepavali.
